1. Scope and rights
These terms apply only to public evaluation records whose record or associated evaluation page expressly links to this version, including test settings, observed durations, quoted credits, measurements, methodology and original prompt text created by CreateVision AI. CreateVision AI grants permission only to the extent it holds the relevant copyright or database rights. This is a limited custom permission, not a Creative Commons or public-domain dedication. Nothing here restricts unprotected facts, independently obtained results, fair use, fair dealing or other uses permitted by applicable law.
2. Free verification, reproduction and citation
You may download the complete linked record, inspect it and analyze it internally, including for commercial evaluation. You may reuse the covered prompts to reproduce tests for your own evaluation, subject to the generation service’s terms and any rights in your inputs. In public articles, research, comparisons and commercial reports, you may summarize findings and reproduce limited data or prompt excerpts reasonably necessary to support your analysis. Such excerpts must not reproduce substantially the entire record or replace access to the original publication. Search engines and AI search or answer services may index these records and cite or summarize findings with attribution under these same conditions. This permission is free of charge.
3. Attribution and accurate context
When publishing covered excerpts or analysis derived from the record, identify CreateVision AI and the evaluation title, link to the original evaluation page and this license version where links are supported, and retain the test date and material settings or limitations needed to understand the claim. Identify your changes, calculations or translations. Distinguish observed wait times from guarantees and quoted credits from actual billing or current prices. Do not imply our endorsement, omit material failures or present a small sample as a universal ranking. Where hyperlinks are unavailable, provide the source and license URLs as text.
4. Images, media and third-party material
This permission does not license original or preview images, GIFs, videos, reference uploads, article text outside covered record excerpts, software, model weights, logos or trademarks. Media links in a record are provided for viewing and verification; their presence does not grant republication, advertising, resale, stock-library or other reuse rights. Obtain separate permission where required and respect privacy, likeness, trademark and other third-party rights. We do not grant rights belonging to others or represent that AI output is exclusive or protected by copyright.
5. Uses requiring separate permission
Except where applicable law independently permits it, obtain our prior written permission to republish all or a substantial part of a covered record, operate a public mirror, sell or sublicense the record as a dataset, or bundle it into a distributed data or media library. The limited excerpts allowed above remain permitted in commercial publications; a commercial purpose alone does not require an additional fee. These terms do not authorize bypassing access controls or accessing non-public records.
6. Evaluation limitations
Records describe a particular test batch, model configuration and observation date. Results may vary with prompts, inputs, model changes, availability and network or queue conditions. Data is provided as available, without a promise of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, future performance or unchanged pricing. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CreateVision AI is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on these records. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Version, compliance and relationship to other terms
Version 1.0 takes effect on 6 November 2026. The terms at this versioned URL will be preserved; materially different future permissions will use a new version. Later changes do not retroactively withdraw permission for uses already made in compliance with this version. Use outside this permission requires a separate legal basis; after notice of a breach, stop or correct the non-compliant use. These terms govern only evaluation-record reuse and do not change account, subscription or generated-output terms. The Chinese text is provided for convenience; the English text controls if the two differ.
