What you pay for, and what you don't
Three commitments on billing and output quality, and how the system enforces them.
A failed generation costs nothing
Credits are put on hold when you press generate and only settled once a result is delivered. If the model refuses, times out or errors, the hold is released automatically.
- Image tasks: the hold is released the moment the upstream error comes back.
- Video tasks: charged credits go back to your balance and the record shows the refunded amount.
- A background job checks unfinished tasks every ten minutes, so a closed tab never leaves credits stuck.
What you write is what runs
In manual mode we do not inject hidden style prompts, and results are stored without a second round of compression.
- Manual generation: your prompt and reference images go to the model as-is.
- Mentor and Skill flows: the mentor writes the final prompt for you and shows it in the conversation before anything is charged.
Every result shows its receipt
Each record in your history carries the model, the settings and the credits actually charged.
- Model name and version, never a silent downgrade.
- Credits shown before you generate and the amount actually charged after.
- Failed records show 0 credits and the refund status.
